Brady grew up in St. George, attended Pine View High School and Dixie College, served 6 years in the Air Force, and started his career in real estate in 2007. He has worked primarily in new construction and has been a Project Manager, Principal Broker, and Branch Broker. Brady has had the privilege of leading the Southern Utah Division for Perry Homes since late 2020 and is committed to delivering homes and communities of exceptional quality and enduring value. His approach combines a meticulous attention to detail, customer focused mindset, tireless work ethic, and empowering an amazing team of professionals and craftsmen who build quality homes to stand the test of time.

Nancy Pearce-Harris

Associate Broker – Realtor

Nancy Pearce-Harris began her forty-plus year career in real estate after leaving the San Francisco Bay Area for Utah. Her lifelong passion for design and architecture has led to her expertise in all aspects of real estate. She excels in interior design, project management, master plan communities, sales management, and business ownership. Nancy has received numerous awards for sales and design as a Luxury Home Specialist. She founded and Brokered for Equity Real Estate St. George before becoming the Broker Manager at The Ivan Sher Group BHHS Nevada Luxury Team in Las Vegas. In 2019, Nancy joined Perry Homes Southern Utah and presently markets The Reserve at Green Spring.

David Michie

Real Estate Agent – Realtor

David Michie, a St. George, Utah native, possesses an intrinsic understanding of the region’s allure that draws people to it. His passion for outdoor pursuits, including hiking, fishing, and engaging in activities around the picturesque lakes, underscores his deep connection with the area. With an inclination for sharing the lesser-known treasures in the vicinity, David extends his expertise to enrich your experience.

With an impressive tenure of over 7 years at Perry Homes, David’s dedication to his work and his colleagues is unwavering. Aaron Burton

Superintendent

Aaron has called the St. George area home for over forty years and is deeply ingrained in the fabric of the construction community. Following in his father’s construction footsteps, he has honed his skills over more than thirty years, becoming a homebuilding expert. Aaron’s passion extends beyond his professional life; he loves spending time with his wife and enjoying all the outdoor pursuits that Southern Utah famously offers. With more than five years at Perry Homes, Aaron is a craftsman who consistently delivers quality homes built to stand the test of time.

Warren Williams

Superintendent

Warren Williams grew up in Southern Utah and entered the construction field right after graduating from Hurricane High. He comes from a large family with a strong construction background and is a skilled superintendent from building homes for over twenty-two years. Warren married his high school sweetheart; they have been married for eighteen years and have four children. He enjoys playing sports, being active, and being with his family. Warren joined Perry Homes three years ago and currently specializes in our Hurricane communities. He looks forward to overseeing the quality construction of your new home from start to finish.

Accounts Payable – Office Manager

Dawn has been an asset to the New Home industry since moving to the Greater St. George area over fifteen years ago, a move inspired by the area’s rapid development. Her keen attention to detail and strong relationships with subcontractors have consistently delivered tangible benefits to both our home buyers and team. Dawn finds fulfillment in observing our experts turn visions and drawings into beautiful, durable homes. She takes pride in her contribution to creating exceptional homes that not only endure through time but also respect the clients’ budgets.

Araya Moreno

Customer Service Coordinator – Builder Assistant

Araya joined the Perry Homes team five years ago after earning a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Dixie State University. Before that, he served in the United States Marine Corps as a Military Police Officer for six years. At work, he enjoys applying his professional skills. While in his spare time, he collects professional cameras and photographs the scenic landscape. Araya plays a pivotal role in promptly and attentively addressing customer service and warranty concerns, ensuring each issue is handled with the utmost care and efficiency.

Kara Lund

Drafter

Kara Lund was born and raised in Southern Utah. She spent several years as a stay-at-home-mom to her three lovely children before deciding to pursue her passion for architectural design. Kara completed a certificate in Architectural Drafting at Dixie Tech and jumped right into working in commercial architecture. Her love of residential design prompted her to join the Perry team in May 2019. She loves being part of the building process and being able to design homes that people love.
