AFFILIATED BUSINESS ARRANGEMENT DISCLOSURE

This is to give you notice that Perry Homes Utah, Inc. (“Perry”) has a business relationship with Veritas Funding, L.L.C. (“Veritas”) due to the fact that one of Perry’s affiliated companies owns a 50% ownership interest in Veritas. Because of this relationship, the referral of you to Veritas may provide Perry with a benefit, financial or otherwise.

YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO USE VERITAS FUNDING, L.L.C. TO PROCESS AND CLOSE YOUR MORTGAGE LOAN FOR THE PURCHASE OF A NEW HOME FROM PERRY. THERE ARE FREQUENTLY OTHER MORTGAGE LENDERS AVAILABLE WITH SIMILAR SERVICES. YOU ARE FREE TO SHOP AROUND TO DETERMINE THAT YOU ARE RECEIVING THE BEST SERVICES AND BEST RATES FOR THESE SERVICES.

Veritas provides mortgage lending services and charges fees standard in the mortgage industry for such services in an amount generally ranging between 1% and 4% of the value of the loan depending on the total value of the loan amount. Veritas provides a “Good Faith Estimate” detailing these charges as part of the loan application process. It is customary for Veritas to collect a mortgage loan deposit for certain expenses incurred while processing your mortgage application. Any deposit so collected is credited toward actual loan costs when closing your mortgage loan with Veritas.
